تأسست شركة النعمان بسنة 1970 في مدينة طرابلس الغرب ( ليبيا )،تحت اسم بصريات النعمان . ومؤسسها المرحوم / بشير محمد سبيطة ، كشركة وطنية رائدة و متخصصة في تقديم الخدمات البصرية الطبية, بما في ذلك قياس النظر ،تصنيع العدسات الطبية وتجهيز النظارات بنوعيها الطبي والشمسي.
إكتسبت الشركة خلال عقود مسيرتها الناجحة سمعة طيبة كبيرة ، لدى عملائها وزبائنها المقيمين بطرابلس وباقي مناطق ليبيا, ولدى الزائرين الأجانب من كل الجنسيات, بسبب رقي مستوى الخدمات وجودة العدسات والنظارات بالإضافة الى تنافسية الأسعار.
تأسست في العام 2004 شركة مجموعة النعمان للمعدات الطبية كشركة متخصصة فى توفير جميع معدات طب العيون بما فى ذلك اجهزة التعقيم والادوات الجراحية وعدسات الزرع الداخلية ومستلزمات الشبكية ... و غيرها .

توفر الشركة أعلى مستويات الجودة و الإحترافية في تقديم خدماتها التخصصية , ابتداءاً من خدمات ما بعد البيع , بما فى ذلك التركيب والصيانة وتوفير قطع الغيار , تنطوي جميعها تحت اسم "النعمان" الذي يعني ضمانة الجودة العالية.
